I saw your weight loss blog as I was randomly searching for interesting blogs to read. I hope you get to your goal as I am all about obtaining goals and dreams : ) As I am a type 2 diabetic (have to swallow tons of pills) I know how hard your journey will be in losing weight. You don’t want to end up like me with this disease (it’s managable but not an easy life journey). The simpliest way to lose weight for me was to cut out the soda pop. Go diet if you need to taste pop but cutting sugar will dramatically reduce your weight fast! Anyways good luck and I’ll keep in touch by reading your progress.
